Note: The website using the address https://www.a3m-asso.fr/ does not represent the member companies of A3M (Alliance of Minerals, Minerals and Metals): this website is fraudulently misleading. Internet users are misled by the use of our federation's name and address. Similarly, the logo used is counterfeit, and the information on this site is not under our control (we make no guarantees whatsoever regarding its accuracy or reliability). This site aims to induce users to pay for services that our federation does not offer (advertisements, sponsored articles, etc.), which are contrary to our code of ethics, or at least not as clearly stated on this site. Protection of Personal Data and Management of Cookies

These Personal Data Protection and Cookie Management policies are detailed and applied by A3M within the framework of its activity in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 applicable since May 25, 2018.

Art. 1 l Definitions

Client means the User who will enter into a contract with one or more offers proposed on the Site.
Services means all the Services which correspond to the offers, products, services, tools and functionalities.
Site means the website, internet site of the A3M brand, accessible in web format via a3ms.fr

User means any person who visits the website and/or uses the features of the A3Ms.fr Site.

Art. 2.1 l Purpose of processing

A3M does not automatically collect any personal data on this site. Matomo statistics are used and operate without cookies, the data collected is anonymized (partial IP), and we do not record your browser's fingerprint, which could be considered personal data.

A3M only collects your data when you use the contact form on the website and enter your name and email address so that we can contact you. A3M does not pass this data on to any third party and only uses it to respond to you.

Art. 2.2 l Relevance of the information collected

The only information collected is that which you voluntarily provide by filling out our contact form.

Art. 2.3 l Retention of personal data

Your data is stored in our database and automatically deleted after one year. This storage is done for the sole purpose of being able to respond to you even if the email sent to our services via the form is not received for a technical reason beyond our control.

A3M retains the personal data of all Users of the form. It is up to the User to request the deletion of their personal data by e-mail:

Art. 2.4 l Restricted access to data 

Access to personal data is governed by A3M, which defines the rules of access and confidentiality applicable to the personal data processed.

In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the host will retain the connection data of users of the Site, covered by professional secrecy and processed in compliance with the legal provisions regarding personal data when this data allows the identification of users of the Site.

Art. 2.5 l Security and confidentiality 

A3M implements means to protect the processing of personal data to avoid any access by an unauthorized third party and prevent any loss, alteration or disclosure of data.

Art. 2.6 l Information and user rights

A3M implements the means to ensure that Users have access to, rectification and deletion of personal data concerning them when they request it. Data may be rectified, completed, updated, locked or deleted when it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated or when its collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited. 

In accordance with the French law known as "Informatique et Libertés" n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, the User therefore has a right of access, rectification and opposition to information concerning him by contacting:

Art. 3.1 l What is a cookie? 

A “cookie” is a connection witness which designates a text file likely to be saved, subject to the User's choice, in a dedicated space on the hard drive of the User's Terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, telephone, etc.), when consulting an online service on the Site.

When the User connects to the a3ms.fr Site, A3M may be required, subject to the User's choices, to install various cookies in the User's Terminal to recognize the Terminal's browser during the validity period of the cookie concerned. The Cookies issued are used for the purposes described below, subject to the User's choices, which result from the settings of their browser software used during the visit(s) to the A3Ms.fr Site.

Art. 3.3.1 l Cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the Site

These cookies allow the User to access reserved and personal areas of the A3Ms.fr Site, such as a customer account, using identifiers or data that may have been previously provided.
These cookies are useful for implementing security measures, for example when the User is asked to reconnect to content or a service after a while or when the User wishes to return to his unpaid shopping cart.

Art. 3.3.2 l We do not use any audience measurement cookies (Matomo)

We use a statistics system that complies with GDPR rules and an antispam system that does not place any cookies, unlike Google reCaptcha.

Art. 3.3.4 l Cookies from third-party applications (YouTube, Vimeo, Mindmeister and other embedded content)

The A3Ms.fr Site may include third-party computer applications on certain pages, such as YouTube videos, for example.

A3M has no control over the process used by these platforms to collect information relating to the User's browsing on our Site and to associate the personal data they have with it. A3M invites the User to consult their Privacy Protection Policies in order to learn about the purposes of use, in particular advertising, of the browsing information that they can collect through these applications. A3M General Conditions of Use

This website A3Ms.fr belongs to A3M, in accordance with A3M's Legal Notices.

  • Art. 1 l Definitions

Subscriber means any User who will undertake consent with regard to an action of adhesion to the Brand (newsletters, e-mailings, notifications, etc.).
Client means the User who will contract one or more Services offered on the Site.
General Conditions means the General Conditions of Use. Any other Special Conditions will be specified by name.
Brand corresponds to Brand A3M.
Service Providers and/or Partners means all independent entities: companies, independents or freelancers, suppliers. Some entities may have entered into a partnership contract with A3M. If the Customer subscribes directly with the Service Provider and/or Partner, it must then comply with all the Conditions, Pricing, and Services defined by the Service Provider and/or Partner.
Achievements means all productions carried out by A3M or by service providers.
Services and Benefits designate all Intellectual, creative and Technical Services presented and offered in the form of offers, products, services, tools and functionalities by A3M.
Site means the website, internet site of the A3M brand, accessible in web format via A3Ms.fr.
User means any person who visits the website and/or uses the features of the A3Ms.fr Site.

  • Art. 2 l Scope of application

Use of the Site is subject to compliance with the General Conditions of Access and Use detailed below and the laws applicable in France to communication on the Internet. 

The purpose of these General Conditions is to legally govern the terms and conditions for making the Site and the Services available to any User as well as the terms and conditions for accessing and using the Site and the Services. 

The General Terms of Use, which may be supplemented by special conditions for certain Services, apply without restriction or reservation. Thus, the User declares to have read these General Terms and to have accepted them without restriction or reservation and undertakes to respect them. A3M reserves the right to modify or delete all or part of the Site and/or its Services without notice and without prior information being communicated to the User.

  • Art. 3 l Purpose of the Site

This A3Ms.fr site has been published to provide all information on A3M's activities to any professional or private audience wishing to discover its themes, learn about its Services and/or its Achievements. 

The Site includes thematic content pages that may present Services, more precisely Services whether delivered by A3M and/or Service Providers or Partners and/or Suppliers: packaged or separate offers, specific services, tools or particular functionalities. The latter are described in the General Conditions of Sale of A3M. Use of the Site does not confer any intellectual property rights to the User, on the Services and Services (offers, services, etc.) provided as well as on the content made available on the Site. A3M makes available to any User, content whether it is for informative or commercial purposes. 

The Site also offers tools such as surveys, simulators or tests, comparators whose resulting information is given only for informational or indicative purposes to the User on the basis of the information that he will have previously provided. The Site also has a blog: news, calendar, directory, glossary, practical sheets, testimonials, etc. 

Please note that all testimonials collected are subject to moderation by A3M. Users are responsible for the content of their testimonials. In no way can A3M be held liable or even sought. Any content may be deleted by A3M at any time, without notice or prior information, for any reason. 

Regarding the directory, any registered User can request the deletion of their profile by e-mail to . 

The Site provides documents such as Guides, Infographics, Diagrams, etc., downloadable or not, free or paid.

Finally, the Site provides Users with features such as subscription to Newsletters, browser push consent, forms, etc. And this, in compliance with the Data Protection Policy (GDPR). 

The User has the possibility to subscribe to the A3M newsletter. This newsletter allows to communicate to any Subscriber information and news from A3M. The company A3M cannot be held responsible for the content of the newsletters, since they are for informative purposes. 

The User has the possibility to contact A3M via a Contact Form accessible on the Site, in accordance with the applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data. A3M reserves the right to modify the content of its contact form, in particular with regard to the contact methods by theme, and this, in a discretionary manner.

The content of all these pages, documents and elements is made available to any User for informational or commercial purposes and with the aim of supporting the User in their training projects and developing their sustainability skills. The liability of the company A3M cannot be engaged or even sought, for erroneous, inaccurate or inaccurate information, or even incomplete. 

The User ensures that he uses the tools and functionalities, such as the contact form made available to him, in a fair manner, and not for purposes contrary to the normal intended use to which any person may legitimately claim.

Art. 4.1 l Rights relating to the trademark A3M

The name and logotype A3M is a protected registered trademark. The User agrees to use, represent or reproduce the brand in a strictly private context. Any use for commercial and/or advertising purposes is prohibited. 

Regardless of the medium and its nature (web or print), any reference or reproduction or imitation or variation of the A3M brand, whether:

  • of its Brand Identity and Communication Concept (name, url, baseline, values ​​and brand language elements, etc.); 
  • of its Graphic Identity (logo, acronym, signs and icons and distinctive elements of said Brand, colors and contrasts, etc.);
  • or even Marketing identity (Marketing language elements, Marketing values, slogans, Offers, etc.), generally speaking to the commercial name;

THEN, the User must submit a request for authorization to A3M by e-mail:  specifying the context and the objective or detailed reasons related to the request. The User will receive a written response from A3M in return for his request.

Therefore, no reproduction, even partial, representation or imitation may be made without the written authorization of A3M. Any breach of this obligation constitutes the offense of counterfeiting exposing its author to legal proceedings. 

In any event, the User undertakes to make fair use of the aforementioned brand, name and/or distinctive signs and the documents made available in a manner that complies with the laws and regulations in force. The use made of them by any User must be lawful and not carried out for purposes contrary to the normal use intended and to which any person may legitimately claim. The User undertakes not to reproduce any content belonging to A3M in an illicit manner, under penalty of incurring liability. 

Art. 4.2 l Image rights – Personality rights

The models, performers and, more generally, all persons represented in the photos and advertising films published on this site have consented to the use of their image in the context of the campaigns produced. 

Similarly, the employees and/or collaborators and/or managers of A3M whose image is used on this site have consented to the use of these iconographic documents within the framework of the Site and only within this framework. 

No reproduction, representation or use of these photos and films may be made by users of the Site without the prior written consent of A3M. Any use, even partial, of these documents in violation of the aforementioned obligation exposes its author to legal proceedings.

Art. 4.3 l Prohibition on publication of illegal content 

Users of this Site are prohibited from publishing Content of any nature that may advocate crimes against humanity, or incite racial hatred or child pornography, or violence, or undermine human dignity. A3M reserves the right to make any changes to the content of this page at its discretion, at any time and without the User being notified or concerned.

These General Terms of Use are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute or claim between the User and A3M, the Parties are required to find an amicable solution before appearing before the competent French courts. In the event of a dispute concerning their interpretation, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
