Steel, Copper, Lead, Zinc, Titanium, Indium, metals contained in batteries such as: Lithium, Cobalt, Nickel. Metals contained in permanent magnets: Neodymium, Dysprosium, Praesidium. Etc.
TYPOLOGY OF OUR MEMBERSFrom a strictly conventional point of view, A3M distinguishes among its members: active members (with access to all of our services) and associate members (with restricted access to certain services provided by A3M).
Active members
Companies operating in the industrial sectors of ores, industrial minerals and ferrous and non-ferrous metals (extraction, processing, production, recycling) divided into:
- Companies falling under the collective agreement for the metal industry (metallurgy group),
- Companies not covered by this agreement (electrometallurgy group)
- The professional unions ou groups bringing together companies operating in the above-mentioned sectors, when the latter have characteristics which do not justify their membership.
Associate members
Companies, professional unions or groups whose activity or economic sector has common points or a proximity of interests with mining or metallurgical activity (ferrous and non-ferrous metals).
Only active members have the right to vote at meetings and can be elected to the board of directors.
Ethics:
All A3M members undertake to comply unreservedly with the legal provisions in force in France and Europe, and in particular those relating to competition law, good ethical practices and business confidentiality.
Profile of our members
With more than 70 company names represented and around 200 sites involved, beyond their activity, the diverse profiles are fully expressed.
Our members often have an international dimension:
- French parent company and international sites
- French subsidiaries of European or global groups
Their teams are multi-country:
- Public Affairs based in France and/or Belgium and/or elsewhere
- Specialists and/or Multi-location operational departments
For our members, Our commitment is borderless
- The A3M team is proficient in English.
