The Arras plant is ideally located in the Hauts de France region: a geographical location in the heart of Northern Europe (5 European capitals within 300 km). In 2023, the Site celebrated 50 years of dedicated efforts to making Energy accessible to All. Today, with more than 800 committed employees, we produce tens of thousands of battery cells per month, which we deliver worldwide. Over the past 50 years, we have undergone a real evolution that has allowed us to move from manufacturing traditional open lead batteries to pioneering maintenance-free solutions such as TPPL and Lithium-ion batteries that help define the industry. Since 2018, the "Distribution Center": EnerSys' European Hub, has been attached to the Site.

With a long history in battery technology, the Arras team has developed solid premium expertise over the years. All our products are manufactured using the latest production methods. We use our experience, skills and knowledge to provide the most suitable energy storage solutions, playing a role in accelerating the energy transition.
